How much is the Gifymata?
We are calculating different rates, because every event is different. The aim is to provide a carefree program for the guests, we are counting the price according to this. We work with pre-arranged and fixed prices.
What’s the size of the Gifymata?
The Gifymata device is 155 cm high, size is 57 cm x 31 cm.
What will happen with the photos? Are we going to get the photos?
By agreement after the event we upload the complete pack of photos to our server and give it to the customer or we can send it on CD/DVD via post office. These pictures are free to use, free to copy and free to redistribute.
Who is operating the device during the event?
During the whole time of the renting our collegue is on the location in order to help the guest and operating the device.
How much time do you need to set the Gifymata?
To set up the device takes ca. 30 minutes. Usually we arrive 1 hour before the event starts, however if you need a specific arrival time, do not hesitate to contact us!
How much can you make the Gifymata branded?
One piece of the Gifymata’s screen can be branded free, the printed photos’s graphics is convertible, which is included in the price. The customer provides us the graphics, however we are able to help in this case. Besides all there is the opportunity to cover all sides of the Gifymata with glued decor panel. For this, we provide the templates for the graphics works, taking care about the production of the panels. Additional expenses of this solution can be found in our bid.
What do you need for operating the Gifymata?
To operate the Gifymata we need a 230W power sourse, next to the device. In order to represent the printed photos, it would be good to have a little table.
Is it possible to rent more Gifymata at the same time?
We can be present on different events at the same time and we can provide more Gifymata for those events, which are bigger ones.
Is this servise available for othe regions/countrys?
Of course. For those places which are out of the Budapest region, we are counting additional fees for travel expenses.
Is it possible the provide a colleague who can speak different languages?
Yes, we have collegues who are speaking foreign languages, in this case please contast us in advance.
Is it possible to make black & white photos?
Of course, moreover we can create sepia or other effects as well.
Is it possible to print out the photos?
Of course, we are able to print the photos on the event. We are working with professional dye sublimation photoprinters, so the printing time of the photos is ca. 7-8 sec. Different printing sizes are available: 10x15cm, 15x20cm or A4. As it needed, we are able to create fully unique sized printings.
Are the guest getting the photos on/after the event?
The photos with the specific design and the animated GIF files will be sent to e-mail address of the guests in real-time.
Is it possible to send marketing message for the guests?
It is possible to send newsletter as an accompanying text marketing message next to the photo, based on pre-arranged parameters.
How much place do you need to set the Gifymata?
To operate the Gifymata we need only a 2×2 m place.
